The state governments are supposed to be the ones to keep the federal in check and they have been doing a horrendous job. Paul was born April 1, 1999 to Albert and Coreen Schumacher of Venturia, ND. Just Bad Business

Family outings, pasture picnics, rodeos, horseback riding, campfires, road trips, and time with family and his church family helped mold Paul’s character and laid a spiritual foundation for his life. This is especially true for subfloor/decking as the walls are going up. I am not and cannot speak to your other issues but just wanted to clarify that for you.

How about a new idea, In-Utero adoption, where the mother is put in touch with an adoption agency and the baby is adopted before it is born. This would allow the adoptive parents the ability to help where ever necessary to save that baby's life, medical expenses, monthly stipend, school expenses, what ever is required. This would give the mother better choices when she is faced with literally life and death decision, and she can know the baby will be well cared for.

We have met with one of the sales representatives in Greessburg PA and he was not customer friendly when we asked many times if we could pick the materials we like from the choices from what they offer to get an price estimate. He responded "NO" as "joking???" many times...Well, after 5 weeks waiting we did not recieve a price estimate yet, although emailed... Law and order/Equal Justice Our men and women in Blue are the thin blue line between civilization and chaos. They are under attack from the forces working to destroy our country.

The man I spoke to said I didn't have to make an appointment, I could just come in. The man said they closed at 6pm that day, but online the location hours say open until... To whom this may concern, This is a formal complaint in reference to our home that was recently constructed by the Akron branch of Schumacher Homes. For too long dark money donors, PACs, and greedy corporations have been buying our freedoms, and the worst part is they aren't buying them from us they are paying our elected representatives to sell them in our stead. The US Constitution is a contract between the Federal Government and the people of the individual states. It essentially tells the Federal Government what it can and can not do. The 3 main problems with the Federal Government are the hideous spending, corruption and the unwieldy bureaucracy that has made it almost impossible to be responsive to the actual needs of the people.

One of the last pieces of the building process was the completion of the exterior concrete work in the front of the home. This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback. Within a few short months, our crawlspace and attic are filled with mold. Our home was constructed with materials that were left out in the rain. Our home was improperly engineered, which caused the house to sag around a 10-foot granite countertop. The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I want to bring that efficiency and cost effectiveness to the State Government and through extension the Federal Government as well. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED...... RUN AWAY. Let any reputable attorney review the contract and they will advise you to not sign under any circumstance. Our dream home was ruined by Schumacher Homes of NC, Inc. who turned ours and many others home-build into a nightmare.. It also appears now the corporate office is of the same caliber as the Asheville, NC and Greenville, SC offices and do not stand behind anything at all. I have had a multitude of jobs over my lifetime from Pilot, Farmer, Inventor, I have remodeled 4 different houses, with 3 other kitchens. Electrician, Plumber, Carpenter, Tool and Die machinist, Mechanic, but the job I'm proudest of is Dad. I was raised in a rural setting the son of a Lutheran Bishop, and was instilled with a strong old school work ethic.

Also check out employee reviews on Indeed to see what most of their own employees think. Nowhere close to being built on time and months passed with no response or contact. Further not one person from Schumacher with a contractors license stepped foot on our build project. We still have multiple code violations that were covered up and hid from local spot inspections over a year after closing with them.

After further investigating the mess removed from the shower, we noticed that although they did take the cheap route, a waterproof cover was used. We still have water damage behind the walls, but we don't foresee the company doing anything at this point. To pursue this any further would mean our remodel would just be drag out. I would like Schumacher homes to repair any water damage and install the proper backerboard so that we can continue with installing the shower walls. I believe doing things the same way does not fix a broken system. The government does not have the right to tell you what to do with your body, vaccination or abortion.

They have been taking care of my mother for the past two years and the care that she has received is beyond what I could imagine. CBS2's Jennifer Bisram spoke with a woman who says her mother's life was forever changed after staying there. During the first few months of the pandemic, from March to June of 2020 when nursing home staffing across the country was stretched beyond thin, 166 Cold Spring Hills residents died, 98 of which were from COVID. The facility failed to report 51 of those deaths to the state's DOH, the lawsuit stated, a fraudulent underreporting by more than 50 percent. Letitia James is taking legal action against Cold Spring Hills Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation, claiming there was financial fraud and rampant resident neglect in part due to severe understaffing. The respondents also funneled another $10.6 million in concealed self-dealing transactions through what were ostensibly insurance companies, and another $8.1 million through an entity that purportedly provided services and supplies to Cold Spring Hills. In total, the respondents transferred over $42.4 million to its owners and related parties from 2016 to 2021.

Patients can receive their daily skilled therapies as well as medication management and social therapy. The attorney general alleges Bent Philipson used Cold Spring Hills to provide extravagant salaries, bonuses and luxury cars for himself and others. Cold Spring Hills declined to comment on the allegations put forth in the attorney general's lawsuit. Biederman's mom is still alive today and is now being treated at a different nursing home, but Biederman knows the sad reality. One of the previous lawsuits targeted Fulton Commons Nursing Home in East Meadows, N.Y. The owner, Moshe Kalter, did not respond to a request for comment.

An investigation by the Office of the Attorney General found that Cold Spring Hills’ owners diverted over $22.6 million in Medicaid and Medicare funds from resident care through a fraudulent network of companies that were used to conceal up-front profit taking. The lawsuit alleges that long before the COVID-19 pandemic, the owners repeatedly cut staffing at the 588-bed facility, which created poor working conditions and endangered residents. Through her lawsuit, Attorney General James seeks to prevent new residents from entering the facility, install monitors to oversee the facility’s operations and finances, and ban existing and hidden owners from their roles.
